So that's us when we first arrived in Dubai in August of 2011.  I was 9 and my brother, Ethan, was 5 and we had no idea what we were in for over the next four years.  In this website we want to share some memories of our favorite trips and places with the hopes that this might inspire you to get out there!

Dubai is a wonderful place because of all the different opportunities and experiences you can have.  Though some people think Dubai is all about malls, there are a lot of outdoor activities.  One reason that Dubai is really great is that it is in the center of so many awesome places: a 30 minute drive to the desert, a 5 hour flight to Kenya, or even farther to various points in Asia.  In this super safe and beautiful place there are so many things to look forward to but you have to get out there!

Another great point is that there are so many people in Dubai with different backgrounds that it opens your eyes to the world.  So whether dune bashing, whale watching or exploring Arab culture, we've had a lot of fun in and around Dubai and we hope you will too! - Grant
