Snake Canyon

One of our favorite trips in Oman was hiking in Snake Canyon.  Snake Canyon is an awesome and amazing slot canyon where you have to jump, walk, climb and swim (even through a cave!) to get to the end.  One of the most well remembered things was that you have to check the weather before you go in case of flash floods and, oh, don't go in February when we went as we were as cold as ice!  First off, the water was freezing.  Second, we were in a slot canyon which blocks the sun.  Some people think Oman is always hot but we would tell you otherwise.  Besides being a little cold it was an amazing experience with great friends.  - Ethan
